Mr. Williams is the former President & CEO of Richmond Corrugated Inc. (RCI), a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer in Southeastern U.S. comprised of Richmond Corrugated Box (RCB) and Wilmington Box Company (WBC). After over thirty years of experience in the corrugated packaging industry, Mr. Williams sold RCI to Hood Container Corporation in 2017. Mr. Williams served on the Association of Independent Corrugated Converters (AICC) Board of Directors from 2000-2017, and was Chairman from 2016-2017.

Mr. Williams is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute.
