Panos S. Midis

Mr. Midis is the Co-Founding Partner of TMO. Mr. Midis has over 25 years of investment banking experience with particular expertise in M&A and principal investing. Prior to forming TMO, Mr. Midis served as a Managing Director with Hunter Capital Group/FinanStar, a Merchant Bank sponsored and funded by KIPCO, a multibillion dollar investment company headquartered in Kuwait. While at Hunter, he focused on M&A, private equity investments, and private capital fund raising. In addition to his investment banking role at Hunter, Mr. Midis also was responsible for the creation, growth and ultimate sale of several companies formed in partnership with Sumitomo Bank, Sumitomo Electric and Twin Sun, Inc. Before joining Hunter Capital, he was a corporate finance attorney representing both Fortune 500 companies and start-ups on general corporate matters, financings, and litigation.

Mr. Midis graduated with an economics degree from Duke University, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.
